Return Policy
- We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased for full refund (excluding shipping costs) or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
- Prior to returning your item, please send an e-mail with your order # to [email protected] for a return authorization. This way, we can keep an eye out for your package. We cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized returns.
- If
you believe that something was in our error please contact
[email protected] so we can further discuss. If something
is in our error we will send you out a new product.
- Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. We are not able to issue an exchange or refund until your return package has been received and processed.
- The customer will be responsible for covering return and exchange shipping costs.
